Patty
Using carefully selected beef, pork, chicken, and fresh vegetables depending on the product, Bloomfield’s line of patties are available in a variety of ingredient ratios. Korean-style Tteokgalbi, Hambak Steak, etc. are produced in various ratios of raw ingredients. Diversified flavors, shapes, and sauces, including Korean patties, Japanese patties, and mainstream patties, are used to create differentiated and diverse products.
Cutlet
As the first company in the U.S. to introduce tonkatsu, Bloomfield produces cutlet products such as sirloin tonkatsu, cheese tonkatsu, chicken cutlet, and menchikatsu. They use seasonings that bring out the full flavor of the ingredients, Bloomfield’s unique mixing batters, and wet breading that provides the crispy texture that is key to cutlets. The Cutlet line is a favorite among Korean-American and Japanese customers across the United States.
Skewer
Bloomfield’s skewer product line is centered on chicken skewers. We produce Korean spicy chicken skewers, sweet and savory teriyaki chicken skewers, and light plain chicken skewers, It is a popular product line in Korean and Japanese supermarkets, and is loved for easy snacks and outdoor barbecues.

Bloomfield’s sundae is based on the Korean version of Byeongcheon sundae and is made from a recipe developed to suit the tastes of the Korean diaspora in the United States. It is made with vermicelli, glutinous rice, and pork, blended with Bloomfield’s special seasoning, stuffed in a natural casing, and carefully cooked. Bloomfield’s sundae is known for being one of the most delicious sundae in the country, with products such as Cheonan Original Byeongcheon Sundae, Bite! Sundae Stir-fry, and Dangmyeon Sundae.
