Bloomfield’s sundae is based on the Korean version of Byeongcheon sundae and is made from a recipe developed to suit the tastes of the Korean diaspora in the United States. It is made with vermicelli, glutinous rice, and pork, blended with Bloomfield’s special seasoning, stuffed in a natural casing, and carefully cooked.
